Online Foundation
Prove to yourself you can do this.
You don't need to relocate. You don't need to quit your current life. You need to commit 15–20 hours a week to structured, progressive learning in your chosen track.
Weekly live sessions with a mentor keep you accountable. Mini-projects test your understanding the way the real world does — not with multiple choice, but with "build a thing and show us it works."
This phase is also our honest filter. We'd rather you discover your readiness in a low-stakes remote environment than three months into your lease in Abuja.
Onsite Mastery
The excuse factory is closed.
You move to the Sparclave Hub. Power is guaranteed. Internet is fast. Equipment is available. Your cohort — 24 other serious people — is around you every day. Mentors are in the room twice a week.
Every day runs like a professional sprint: build, review, iterate, mentor session, build again. By Month 8 you're not learning — you're executing. By Month 9 you're presenting to investors.
This is the part that actually changes you. Not the certificate at the end of it.

Not a graduation ceremony. A launchpad. You present to investors and partners. The best projects receive seed funding consideration. Every presenter leaves with a network, a product, and a story worth telling.

Assessment
1 hourA problem-solving test. Not technical — we know you might be starting from zero. It measures how you think when you encounter something unfamiliar. The people who do well are the ones who slow down and reason rather than panic and guess.
Interview
30 minA real conversation with someone from the Sparclave team. We're not interrogating you. We're figuring out if this is the right fit for both of us. We'll be honest if it isn't.
