If you clear the assessment, someone from the Sparclave team sits down with you — virtually or in person. We're not interrogating you. We're figuring out if we can genuinely help you, and if you're ready for what this program actually demands.

Are you genuinely starting from zero — or do you have a background?
Either is fine. We need to know so we can place you in the right track at the right depth. Don't undersell or oversell.
Can you commit 15–20 hours a week for the first three months?
The online foundation phase is remote and self-paced, but it's not casual. If your current life doesn't have that space, the timing might not be right yet.
Are you able to relocate to Abuja for months four through nine?
The onsite phase is in-person. This is non-negotiable — the intensity of that environment is the point. We'll discuss accommodation support during your interview.
Are you applying because you're serious — or because you're bored?
We mean this gently. Sparclave is for people who are ready to change their lives. If the timing isn't right, the door stays open. Come back when you're ready.
